WHAT TO EXPECT AT EACH MSHS EVENT

GATE ENTRY TIMES

Friday Entry: 5:00pm - 10:00pm

Saturday Entry: 8:00am - 10:00pm

Sunday Entry: 8:00am - 1:00pm

GATE FEES

​

Adults & Children Age 6 and Up $15.00

Children Age 5 and Under : FREE

​

WRISTBANDS: MSHS uses wristbands for admission. Wristbands are issued at the front gate upon entry to each event No advance purchase of wristbands is available or necessary. Once you receive your wristband, it is valid for the ENTIRE weekend and should be worn on your person at all times. Wristbands will NOT be reissued under any circumstances. MSHS is not responsible for any lost, stolen, destroyed, or misplaced wristbands. IF you are stopped by an official and you do not have a wristband on your person, you will be escorted to the front gate to purchase a new band immediately.

RE-ENTRY: Fans may exit and re-enter the venue at any point during the event weekend; however, in order to re-enter the event you will need to show your wristband AND have it on your person. 

​

PARKING: Parking is always free at all MSHS events. DO NOT park on the race track, on any roadways, or block any traffic lanes in the pit area.  IF you choose to park near the race track, please park perpendicular.

 

 

CAMPING: Camping is always free and is available at any MSHS event unless otherwise specified on our schedule for a particular event location.

ACCIDENTS: MSHS is committed to making your visit with us as safe and enjoyable as possible; however, we are always prepared in the event of an accident. If you're involved in or witness an incident during your visit, please notify the nearest staff member or track official.  Please allow emergency personnel to respond to incidents promptly and without interference.

ALCOHOL POLICY: If you choose to drink alcohol during your visit, please do so responsibly and be considerate of fans and racers. MSHS reserves the right to remove any individual for any reason and will contact local authorities if we feel it is necessary to ensure the overall safety of our guests. 

​

FIRST AID/MEDICAL CARE: MSHS will have a hired EMT crew at each event. If you are in need of any medical attention throughout the event weekend, you may find them near Registration. 

​

​

LOST & FOUND: Lost and found items should be brought to the Registration trailer. All items will be held for 14 days. Items will be returned to the claimants once an accurate description is given. Any items not claimed after 14 days will be discarded. 

​

PETS: You are always welcome to bring your pet(s) to any of our events; however pets must be cared for responsibly. ALL pets MUST be on leash at all times, and you are responsible for all removal of your pet's waste. Unruly, obnoxious, or violent animals are NOT PERMITTED and will be required to be removed immediately.  Any pets found off leash will be held at Registration and the owner will be required to exit the event with the animal once it is claimed.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: All vehicles, containers, bags, backpacks, and similar items are subject to search by local authorities if MSHS staff deems appropriate to contact. A list of prohibited items includes, but is not limited to:

​

  - Fireworks

  - Drones

  - Illegal Substances

  - Projectiles of any type

  - Weapons (Guns, knives, etc.)

  - Any item MSHS Officials deem a safety hazard to fans or racers.

​

We take safety VERY seriously.  Prohibited items found WILL be confiscated or discarded at the sole discretion of MSHS Officials. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to local authorities. No items may be left at the front gate. 

​

RADIO BROADCAST: Race fans can tune their FM radio to 98.3 to listen to the broadcast of the current event. Fans can listen to race commentary, interviews, highlights, and important event details and information. The FM station will also be posted at the event for fans to easily access. 

​

FEEDBACK: Your feedback is very important to us! We always encourage our racers and fans to voice their opinions, concerns, and ideas to us at any time.
